Refund policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds or allow returns. All sales are final, with the exception of exchanges. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We offer free exchanges in size as long as supplies last!

You can be eligible for an exchange for the following reasons: 

  • You received the wrong color and/or size of the product you purchased
  • The size fits incorrectly 
  • You identified damage to the product immediately after opening it 

In order for the item to be exchanged, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Taara@taaraprojects.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a link for the return shipping label within 72 hours of acceptance, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please use this return label and the original packaging to return your garments to us. We will make the exchange as soon as possible, and let you know when your new garment is being shipped to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
At this time we DO NOT offer refunds. We will inspect each exchange request on a case-by-case basis, and if we are not able to complete your exchange per your requests, we will be in contact as soon as possible to ensure you are compensated appropriately in alternate formats.
